Description:
Key Responsibilities :- Develops, directs, and coordinates global security projects, best practices and plans that advance the Real Estate and Security Operations.- Plans and strategizes activities addressing a variety of issues including (but not limited to) incident response management covering physical security, equipment security and premise security.- Work with a team of offsite or offshore team members and onsite Subject Matter Experts in accordance with an overall plan that covers security implementations from the ground up or as an addendum to existing software/hardware infrastructure. - Build and maintain positive business partnerships and coordinate with sister teams to deliver the final solution.- Work closely with Enterprise IT to engineer environments in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.- Serve as a security consultant to help project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices- Works on Issue Log management activities, prioritization adherence and execution of project efforts.- Project Management of the efforts where the PM is responsible, to manage the execution of the efforts, remove team roadblocks and communicate status.- Report weekly status on project effort(s) to management.- Schedule and Milestone management and coordinating activities such as milestone approvals, Go/No-Go decisions and solution rollout.Experience Requirements :- Bachelors or Master Degree.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify successes and inefficiencies and optimize processes.- Strong communication skills to communicate status, risks, issues and mitigation plans and drive for results.- Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee operational projects.- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.- Clear and concise communications to various teams from management, partner teams and execution/support teams.- Self-starter with the ability to manage an effort from requirements gathering to post-release verifications.- Experience working on Azure DevOps (ref:hirist.tech)
