Role : Senior Presales EngineerExperience : 4+ yearsLocation : ChennaiJob Description for Presales Consultant :Roles & Responsibilities :- Requirements gathering from international customers over phone- Devising effective business and technical solutions to the requirements- Closely working with internal teams to prepare the proposal- Managing entire proposal lifecycle including estimations, wire-framing, mockup/POCs etc- Presenting proposal, showing PoC demo to clients and do all it takes to close business- Creating use cases or user stories and handhold project to delivery team- Assisting content writers in creating marketing collaterals like portfolio, case studies etc- Gradually setting up a team and manage the presales/business analysis processThe Ideal candidate : - Be a BE graduate with IT or computer science background- Have minimum 4 year of experience in presales/business analysis in a software services company- Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with business-related knowledge- Possess the ability to understand international customer needs over the phone and interpret to get output.- Possess significant exposure to various tech stacks in Web, Mobile, UX, AR/VR and Cloud- Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile- Have knowledge of the sales process and marketing dynamics- Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking- Have a high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation- Added advantage for 6 months to one year of experience in development (coding) using any tech stack (ref:hirist.tech)
