In fulfilling the demand for such customized products, we are not only faced with the fulfilment problems like any other ecommerce company that ships off the shelf products, but also have the challenge of manufacturing and delivering customized products that are unique to each customers needs, on time and at the lowest possible cost.Fulfillment Domain (in Cimpress Technology) enables fulfillers to manage production and delivery to end-customers of the widest variety of near-zero defect, mass-customized products. We deliver these objectives through highly custom manufacturing systems that dovetail with in-house developed logistics and shipping systems to provide value across the entire fulfillment spectrum to our businesses and their end customers. We are in the process of re-imagining the entire Fulfillment Capability space and are looking for experienced UX designers to work with our Fulfillment Domain product teams as part of Cimpress Technology in India, to build the future of mass customization. The user experience as such can be defined at 3 levels :- The administrative part responsible for setup of user accounts, accesses, and permissions- The configuration part responsible for setup of planning strategies, onboarding equipment/labor and other capacity models, as well as setup of carrier (shipping) contracts, shipping speeds, and related costs- The execution part responsible for allowing operators in our manufacturing facilities to do their work, scan things to identify next steps, review finished work, and take decisions based on the information providedAs a UX designer in Fulfillment, you will be working in this unique space that is a combination of ecommerce fulfilment, manufacturing, and logistics, and faced with a plethora of interesting problems including visualization of the production planning, prioritization of work, material management, machine integration, and shipping frameworks to mention a few. You will work closely with Product and Program Leader(s) to drive the implementation of the user experience strategy and framework in line with the Manufacturing and Shipping product strategy and roadmap.What youll be doing :- Primarily Participating in Figma Prototyping from the Whiteboards / Wireframes / UI Drafts & UI Sketches.- Work on Components Creation.- Maintain the internal Component Library in sync with Enterprise Team.- Work with Developers to make sure we develop according to defined Design & Components.- Lead the Team level UX Component Library & Keep Developed Components in sync with Master Library.- Coordinate with our Product managers, Developers & Cross Team developers accordingly.- Explore Current UX Trends.- Do Feasibility check with PM & Tech team.- Participate in Brainstorming meetings & Problem Solving.- Learn from the Experienced Individuals of the domain [UX & Business Function].- Drive Inspiration through our products user experienceWhat'll make you a Great Candidate :- 3+ years of professional experience in a UX designer role- Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts, principles, methodologies, and best practices- Experience working on the UX of complex and high-quality B2B products, preferably in the manufacturing domain- Strong sense of familiarity with UI/UX tools- Problem solving Mindset- Research attitude towards New Innovations, Apps, Interfaces in the technology domain- Collaborating cross-functionally and within the UX teams of Cimpress- Delivering unparalleled value and benefit to our Users while delivering on business goals- Thinking about the entire user journey - across every touch point- Being curious and thinking broadly about the possibilities before narrowing on a solution- Being data-inspired and running smart experiments- Being curious, creatively bold, displaying a growth-mindset and being Pro-active- We're a remote first company, and "we write things down" is a part of our culture.
