Role : Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.Exp : 6+years. NP : Immediate.- Oracle Fusion HCM technical Consultant.- Exp. in HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, OTBI is desirable.- Must have worked in Fusion HCM projects as a technical/techno functional consultant involving Core HR, Absence, Payroll.Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and extensive experience with HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, and OTBI. Experience working on Fusion HCM projects involving Core HR, Absence, and Payroll as a technical or techno-functional consultant is essential. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. - Utilize HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, and OTBI to create and manage data integrations and reports. - Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, and Payroll. - Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in the full lifecycle of HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM. - Perform data migrations, system integrations, and report development. - Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in Oracle HCM development and implementation. Required Skills : Oracle Fusion HCM : - Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM. HDL (HCM Data Loader) : - Proficiency in using HDL for data loading and management. HCM Extract : - Experience in creating and managing HCM Extracts. BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) : - Strong knowledge of BIP for report development. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) : - Proficiency in using OTBI for analytics and reporting. Fusion HCM Projects : - Extensive experience in Fusion HCM projects involving Core HR, Absence, and Payroll as a technical or techno-functional consultant. Additional Qualifications : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (ref:hirist.tech)
