They are in process of building a global marketplace of experts who will help validate LLMs quickly for their clientsWe are looking for an experienced Product Lead to head our product management team and drive our product portfolios strategic direction.As a Product Lead, you will work strategically, build a strong team, and ensure the companys economic success by constantly inventing new technologies, entering new markets, and expanding sales and profitability in a sustainable manner.The ideal applicant must possess a track record of successful product development and management, as well as a thorough awareness of market trends and the ability to integrate product strategy with overall business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: - Strategic planning and portfolio management for all products.- Formulating and executing strategies to achieve long-term product objectives.- Defining and coordinating the companys vision, strategy, and roadmap to position it as a worldwide provider.- Prioritizing features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business needs.- Creating and presenting visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.- You will be in charge of strategic collaborations as well as contract negotiations.You will represent the company to key customers, the press, and analysts.- Driving innovation within the product portfolio and assessing the potential impact of new technologies.- Leading a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area and encourage learning, adaptation, and a willingness to iterate on product strategies and processes.- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the product team. Requirement and Skills: Product Head - A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field at the Bachelors or Masters level is required.- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Banking, EdtTech, marketing or product management- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and design.
