Position Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing competitive pricing strategies to win new business and achieve revenue goals. This role involves analyzing data from multiple sources, utilizing complex pricing models, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends. Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to increase market share and profitability. Track contract information and apply statistical modeling methods to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies. Prepare and present detailed pricing analysis and recommendations to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pricing. Maintain and develop historical pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing decisions and enhance overall business performance. Major Goals: Manage projects effectively to develop new goals and objectives within our business. Achieve required margin levels and deliver products or services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop and support personnel to ensure their success within the company. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and Excel. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Understanding of pricing strategies, including value-based pricing and price elasticity. Competencies: Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues efficiently and creatively.
