Requirements : - Experience leading a small of engineers/SREs, working in an onsite/offshore model.- 5+ experience with working distributed microservice architecture/message queues with strong programming/system fundamentals - Strong Experience working with Database (Postgres/MySQL, NoSQL dbs.) - 5+ years of experience in Cloud environment such as AWS, GCP etc., - 2+ Experience with managing Kubernetes clusters and using kubectl, etc. for managing helm chart deployments, ingress services, and troubleshooting pods. - Security - Strong understanding of security best practices, network design, and handling PII data. - Experience/familiarity with monitoring and instrumentation - Prometheus, Grafana (Tempo, Loki), Elastic, log management and related systems - Strong in Linux fundamentals/OS/networking etc., - Experience with Jenkin's CI/CD, ArgoCD, circle CI etc. Job Description :- Play the role of an incident commander during outages, communicate, conduct post mortem, capture action items and plan for reduce the incidents. - Work on building robust monitoring/alerts tools, continuously enhance them and ensure its adopted Org wide. - Cloud Services - Manage, configure and troubleshoot Linux operating system issues, storage, networking (VPCs, proxies and CDNs), and administer high-availability PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and Redis clusters - Troubleshoot issues affecting stability and reliability of the systems, provide recommendations on improving them and enhancing them.
