We are looking for AI/ML engineers who are passionate about solving real challenges at the grass root level using deep-learning and computer-vision algorithms. You must be willing to hit the ground to understand key challenges in the fruit trade industry and develop solutions using state-of-the-art techniques. What are your work deliverables? - Connect with various stakeholders to understand key business challenges. - Travel to various locations around the fruit industry in the country to understand and hypothesize solutions. - Develop machine learning and computer vision algorithms to solve the identified challenges. - Participate in piloting the developed algorithms by hitting the ground. - Reiterate with an agile mindset. What skills are we looking for? - 3-5 years of experience in developing computer vision and deep learning algorithms. - Ability to read and implement related academic literature and experience in applying state-of-the-art deep learning models to computer vision (e.g. Multiple Object Tracking, Re-Identification, etc) - 2d/3d image processing algorithms, 2d image stitching, 3d point cloud merging and processing - Ability to work with Stereo camera, depth map, disparity map, etc. - Experience in performing Camera calibration, intrinsic and extrinsic parameters extraction, etc. - Good understanding of camera coordinate systems and world coordinate systems and translating data between them seamlessly. - Expertise in integrating deep neural networks and the associated pre-processing and post-processing code to run efficiently on embedded platforms, including different GPU architectures - Good team player with willingness to understand business nuances More about Vegrow :Established in 2020 by IIT alumni Praneeth Kumar, Mrudhukar Batchu, Kiran Naik and Shobhit Jain, Vegrow boasts a founding team with extensive agricultural expertise and significant exposure to hyper-growth marketplaces gained from their previous roles at ITC, Urban Company & Chronus.
