About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Pune, Hyderabad, or Bangalore and play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models that drive business value. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, programming, and cloud technologies to design, build, and operationalize machine learning solutions at scale.Responsibilities :Machine Learning Model Development :- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into machine learning solutions.- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using various algorithms and frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model selection to optimize model performance.- Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning models to ensure accuracy, generalizability, and interpretability.MLOps and Productionization :- Implement MLOps practices to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring processes.(MLOps experience is mandatory)- Develop production-grade machine learning pipelines using tools and frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Kubeflow).- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments for continuous improvement.- Track model performance metrics and identify opportunities for retraining or improvement.Software Development Skills :- Possess strong programming skills in Python, with experience in object-oriented programming using at least one of the following: Scala, Java, PHP, C/C++, C#, Objective-C, or Golang.(5+ years of experience in one of these languages is required)- Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Data Management and Analysis :- Understand and utilize various database technologies (Teradata, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server) for data access and manipulation as needed.- Perform data cleaning, pre-processing, and feature engineering tasks to prepare data for machine learning models.Desired Skills :- Experience with web frameworks for creating interactive data visualizations (e.g., Plotly Dash, Streamlit) (ref:hirist.tech)
