Job Description :Job Title : SAP CRM Technical ConsultantKey Responsibilities :- Develop and implement SAP CRM applications and enhancements.- Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications.- Customize and configure SAP CRM to meet business needs.- Design and maintain custom CRM applications and interfaces.- Optimize CRM applications for performance and scalability.- Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver technical solutions.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.- Participate in CRM upgrade and migration projects.- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP CRM technical development.- Experience with SAP CRM Web UI, BOL, and GENIL programming.- Knowledge of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).- Proficient in custom CRM application development and enhancements.- Experience with middleware and integration technologies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- SAP CRM certification preferred.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.- Knowledge of SAP PI/PO integration technologies.- Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits.- Opportunities for professional growth.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Flexible working hours and work-life balance.
