Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Lead the TIBCO integration team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying integration solutions.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex integration challenges.- Stay up-to-date with the latest TIBCO technologies, integration trends, and best practices.- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their TIBCO skills and knowledge.Integration Design and Development :- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective TIBCO integration solutions.- Design and develop TIBCO integrations using various techniques (REST, SOAP, file-based transfers).- Configure and utilize TIBCO adapters/plugins (SAP, Salesforce, EMS, DB) for seamless data exchange.- Implement CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO deployments using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Artifactory.Cloud Integration Expertise :- Design and implement TIBCO integrations on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud) as needed.- Understand cloud-based deployment models and best practices for integration solutions.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement effective testing strategies for TIBCO integrations.- Utilize testing tools like SoapUI and Postman to ensure the functionality and performance of integrations.Client Management and Communication :- Effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.- Independently manage client requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.- Proactively identify and address client concerns throughout the project lifecycle.Skills and Experience :- 7-11 years of experience working with TIBCO 6 x suite for integration design and development.- Proficiency in TIBCO adapters/plugins (SAP, REST, Salesforce, EMS, DB). Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and RESTful services.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud) (a plus).- Experience with designing and developing various types of integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based).- Proven ability to develop TIBCO 6 x CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Artifactory.- Strong design and architecture skills for integration solutions.- Ability to independently handle client interactions, lead discussions, and drive new design and development efforts.- Experience with testing tools like SoapUI and Postman.- Understanding of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) design patterns and best practices.- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage client requirements and delivery timelines independently.- Experience in migrating TIBCO integrations from lower to higher versions (5x to 6x) (a plus).Additional Skills (Preferred) :- Certification in TIBCO products (e.g., TIBCO Certified Integration Architect)- Knowledge of other enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee) (ref:hirist.tech)
