Job Title: SAP CRM Technical ConsultantJob Description:Role Overview:We are looking for a talented and experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM development and customization. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for technology and innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and implement SAP CRM applications and enhancements.- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and create technical specifications for CRM solutions.- Customize and configure SAP CRM to meet specific business needs.- Design, develop, and maintain custom CRM applications and interfaces.- Optimize and tune CRM applications for performance and scalability.- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing CRM applications.- Participate in SAP CRM upgrade and migration projects.- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM technologies and best practices.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP CRM technical development.- Proven experience with SAP CRM WebUI, BOL, and GENIL programming.- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.- Proficient in designing and developing custom CRM applications and enhancements.- Experience with middleware and integration technologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- SAP certification in CRM is preferred.
