Job Title : MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical ConsultantWork Location : Hyderabad, BangaloreExperience : 7-10 YearsRequired Skills : - D365 Customer Engagement - Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and Configuration & Customization, C#, .NET, Plugins, JS, Dual Write, Power Apps, Power Automate- Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in development projects.- Must have hands-on experience in 4-5 large, end-to-end implementation cycles as a Sr Technical Consultant.- Must have hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer service, and Field Services (Desirable).- Must have hands-on experience in using OOB features and configuration.- Must have hands-on Power Automate and Power Apps Canvas Apps.- Must have hands-on experience in building and using custom components.- Must have experience in SQL Server, Dual Write, 3rd party integrations and accelerators/ add-ins is desirable.- Hands-on, practical experience in Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of enterprise-scale apps.- Hands-on Azure Logic Apps - integration platform as a service, Azure Functions is desirable- Hand-on experience working in projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.- Learning mindset to learn new technologies and solve complex business problems.- Team player/ Lead who can work independently or in teams.- Experience in leading teams and working in onsite-offshore model.- Having deep customer-centric mindset.- Excellent analytical and communication skills.- Problem-solving attitude with proactive mindset.
