Job Description : About the job :As a Data Engineer, Candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate Should have 2-5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong foundation in Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Scala/Java, and expertise in NoSQL databases such as HBase/Couchbase etc.Mandatory Skill :- Strong programming skills in Scala for developing Spark applications- In-depth experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically HBase and Couchbase.- Ability to design, optimize, and manage NoSQL databases for performance and scalability- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and the ability to design efficient and scalable data models- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data cleaning and transformation- Proven ability to write efficient, optimized, and maintainable code for data processing tasksPreferred Skill Required :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field - Hadoop Cluster Administration- Experience with other big data technologies such as Apache Kafka for real-time data processing- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud- Understanding of database administration principles, especially for distributed databases like HBase (ref:hirist.tech)
