Minimum Qualification: • B. Tech / B.E. / MCA ; MBA is good to have • 6-7 years of Project Management Experience • Excellent Spoken & Written Experience • Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills • Aggression to get work done and track action items to closure • Good knowledge of working on MS Excel (like Pivots, charting etc.) Project Manager Responsibilities: • Manage the Five Project Management Process Groups flow from one phase into another beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, and Close. • End to end project delivery including: Scope, time, Cost, Resources, Risk, Communication, Project Integration • Project Communication: Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to management giving project updates on activities and deliverables • Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and respond to risk. Create risk register, assign severity and impact. Facilitate Change Management process from Project conceptualization to testing through project delivery, development & Implementation Management. • Change Management: Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success. • Project Documentation: Prepare the MIS reports on Resource and Project Utilization, Resource Projection • Project monitoring: Ensure all projects are evaluated, measured and reported on using the project portfolio management methodology being used. • Project Support: Track the support tickets and coordinate with clients to ensure tickets are closed and logged. • MIS: Responsible for preparing and assisting with resource utilization, daily status report and forecasting. • Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization..
