Location : This role is remote but requires proximity to our Gurgaon Office. The shift for this position will be from 12:00 to 21:00 IST, enabling collaboration with international teams. While remote work is prioritized, occasional in-office attendance may be needed for events and team-building activities. About the role: As the Business Analyst at TMB, you'll play a pivotal role within our Content Acquisitions Department, reporting directly to the VP of Content Acquisitions. Serving as the sole analyst, you'll admin Jira, lead data analysis, uncover insights, manage documentation, and guide strategic decisions. Leveraging tools like Looker and Excel, you'll enhance operational efficiency and user experience while supporting various departmental processes and tools. Additionally, you'll manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments. About you: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for content creation and digital media. With a track record of driving results through strategic initiatives, you excel in collaborative settings and possess excellent communication skills. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in this role. Your day-to-day: (aka Responsibilities) Analyze user journey data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements Collaborate with managers and employees to identify operational enhancements and implement solutions Research and analyze data to create reports, make recommendations, and forecast Implement and enhance automation tools (like Zapier) to increase process efficiency Communicate internally and externally on vendor relations, legal documentation, and product/tool enhancements Utilize tools to create and maintain workflow/process documentation (like Visio, MS Suite, Google Suite) Lead the organization and standardization of internal documentation, external communication templates, tools, and processes Service as the technical and operational admin our complex workflow tool You have: (aka Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL Knowledge of admin functions of Jira/Atlassian or similar products Knowledge of data modeling techniques and a proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Knowledge of Zapier automations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems with limited guidance Experience as a Jira administrator is a plus About this team: The Content Acquisitions Department at TMB is dedicated to acquiring licensing rights to top user-generated content on the Internet.
