Urgent Hiring in a Leading NBFC Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - Home Loan and LAP (DSA Vertical) Location: Dehradun , Roorkee CTC: Up to 10LPA Role: Individual Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the DSA Vertical for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP). This is an individual contributor role requiring a highly motivated self-starter who can drive sales and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to drive home loan and LAP sales. Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the business network. Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for DSAs to enhance their performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home loan and LAP segment. Strong network of DSAs in the respective locations (Dehradun , Roorkee ). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
