Job Summary :Designation : Senior Manager - Data AnalystExperience : 4+ yearsLocation : NoidaJob Responsibilities :Managing team and leading by example.Understand automating tools, and Supply chain will be an added advantage.Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing KPI, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.Translate business requirements and hypotheses into analysis and insights to help business decision making.Conduct full lifecycle activities which includes data collection, data cleaning, analytics, and data representation.Working alongside different teams within the organization to establish business needs for data. Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.Collecting data via different data sources present within organization, interpreting data, and analysing results as per requirements.Perform extensive data validation/analysis within large datasets.Must be able to prioritise multiple assignments, with high degree of accuracy, and function quickly in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.Good communication and presentation skillsCreative and out of box thinking in how to increase the business opportunity for the sales team.Requirements :4-7 years of experience in data analytics and related fields.Must be proficient in MS Excel (Advance), SQL, and Power BI. Python is an added advantage.Responsible for creating a dashboard for business teams in Power BI/Excel. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of tasks using SQL, Excel, and Python. (ref:hirist.tech)
