Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of .NET development projects, from requirements gathering and planning to execution, deployment, and post-launch support. This role requires a strong understanding of the .NET framework, project management methodologies (Agile preferred), and excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the development of .NET applications from conception to completion.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.- Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Manage risks and issues proactively.- Facilitate communication between development teams, business stakeholders, and clients.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders.- Identify and implement process improvements for project efficiency.- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.- Mentor and coach junior team members.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a .NET Project Manager.- Proven experience in leading and delivering successful .NET development projects.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent project management skills, including scope, time, cost, and resource management.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, etc.) (highly preferred).- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (a plus).
