Job Description :Responsibilities :- Lead the UI/UX design and development process from concept to execution for our web and mobile applications.- Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.- Translate complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and functional designs.- Optimize application designs for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.- Work with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI elements.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and development.- Mentor junior UI/UX team members and contribute to their professional growth.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability principles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design concepts.
