Experience : 7 to 10 yrsRequired Skills : Technical Skills : - SAP-FICA-Utilities SAP IS Utilities FICA SAP IS Utilities FICA BRF- Domain Skills- Utilities Retail & Customer Services Energy Supply &Trading Nice to have skills : - Technical Skills : SAP-FICAx - Technology : SAP_NEW Shift : Day Roles & Responsibilities :- Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive SAP FICA solutions tailored to the Utilities sector. - Implement and configure SAP IS-Utilities FICA and BRF+ to meet business needs ensuring high performance and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICA with other systems enhancing data flow and business processes.- Provide expert advice on SAP FICA best practices guiding clients through complex challenges in the Utilities domain.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP FICA configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP FICA-related issues minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity. - Stay abreast of the latest SAP FICA developments and updates applying this knowledge to improve client systems. - Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions empowering clients and team members with the skills to effectively use and maintain SAP FICA solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimize SAP FICA implementations for enhanced performance. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within SAP FICA projects safeguarding client data and operations. Qualifications :- Must have a deep understanding of SAP IS-Utilities FICA including BRF+ with a proven track record of successful implementations.- Experience in the Utilities Retail & Customer Services and Energy Supply & Trading domains is essential. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and optimize SAP FICA solutions for complex business requirements. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities capable of working effectively in a team environment and with clients. - A commitment to continuous learning and development in SAP FICA and related technologies is required. - Familiarity with SAP-FICAx is advantageous offering the potential to further enhance SAP FICA solutions.
