Job Description :The Data Analyst will work closely with Business Stakeholders such as Executives , Compliance Operations, Finance, Account Management and various other internal or external Teams as well as other teams for on-going support related to data analysis and reporting. The Data Analyst will maintain and improve procedures, documentation, and reports that help maximize resources company-wide, and improve overall business results. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in implementing, improving, and maintaining reports and dashboards. This role is responsible for supporting the Data analytics team in all things, from data integrity and auditing to data visualization and analysis. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detailed, process and customer service-oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic team by driving efficiencies and improvements.Role Description :- Communicating with Business and Analytics teams to fully understand KPIs, reporting requirements, and project timelines.- Translate business requirements to actionable data tasks.- Create Models in reporting platform to enable self-service BI and canned reporting.- Be responsible for maintaining security and data access models within Reporting platform- Monitor and optimize the performance of data Visualization tool.- Implement best practices for data modelling and reporting within the reporting platform.- Coordinate with Data engineering team to implement new data sets required for reporting purpose- Maintains reporting tools and manages ad-hoc reporting requests for the Customer Success and Services organization to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels.- Create and maintain systems process documentation.- Must have strong investigative skills to reconcile and audit data in the environment.- Continually provide suggestions and implement improvements to business and reporting processes that keep up with the changes in the organization.- Strong knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and visualization tools (Looker / Tableau / Periscope) a plus.
