Job Title : SAP Fieldglass ConsultantJob Description :As an SAP Fieldglass Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that contingent workforce management processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Fieldglass solutions to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze contingent workforce management requirements.- Configure and customize SAP Fieldglass to streamline procurement and management of external workers.- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with other SAP modules and external systems.- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for SAP Fieldglass solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fieldglass processes and functionalities.- Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities.- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Fieldglass processes and configurations.- Stay updated with the latest SAP Fieldglass trends, tools, and best practices.Skillset and Experience :- 7-10 years of experience working with SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Fieldglass.- Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes.- Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP Fieldglass.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- SAP Fieldglass certification is a plus.Preferred Skills :- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI).- Experience in the manufacturing or [specific] industry.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.- Engagement in challenging and meaningful projects.
