Job Description : We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly graphics for our client, a leading marketplace and retail platform. You will leverage your expertise in B2C design principles and your understanding of the mobile landscape to develop impactful visuals that elevate the user experience across all digital touchpoints, with a particular focus on mobile apps.Responsibilities : Mobile Design Master :- Design high-quality graphics for our client's mobile app, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.UI/UX Advocate :- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visual consistency and user-friendliness across all digital platforms.Icon & Illustration Expert :- Craft creative and memorable icons and illustrations that enhance app functionality and user engagement.Trend Tracker :- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in B2C and mobile app design.Resourceful & Adaptable :- Work effectively within deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.Team Player :- Collaborate effectively with internal and client-side teams to achieve project goals.Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on B2C design and digital platforms.- Proven experience in mobile app design principles and best practices.- A keen understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma).- Strong visual communication and design skills, with a focus on creating clean, modern, and user-friendly graphics.- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.- Ability to translate marketing concepts and user stories into impactful visuals.- Experience with creating icons and illustrations is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Bonus Points : - Experience working within the e-commerce and retail industry.- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools and methodologies (e.g. user flows, wireframes).- Experience with animation or motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects) (a plus).- A portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.
