Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems and applications. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Write clean, maintainable and efficient code, ensuring high performance and scalability of the software. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, evaluating their potential for adoption in our projects. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring. Qualifications: 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang or C# Strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
