We drive a lot of our work through innovation, no-touch but digital and making easy disbursements all enabled by technology. Lendingkart uses transaction data, big data analytics and unconventional proxies to evaluate borrowers creditworthiness. In order to fulfill the underserved demand of trade credit and working capital loans, Lendingkart has created a short term debt product which can be easily lent and borrowed. Further the team is working towards building a financial marketplace to provide these SMEs and several other financial products, and to enable the institutional partners with B2B fintech products across origination, distribution, credit underwriting and fulfillment, and collections. Lendingkart envisions to replace trade credit in India and make working capital finance available at fingertips of entrepreneurs. Lendingkart raised Series A funding in June 2015 and raised 32Mn in Series B funding in June 2016 and in Feb 2018 they closed 87Mn USD in series C funding led by Fullerton Financial Holdings which is a fully owned subsidiary of Temasek. You get to significantly amplify your impact in the Fintech world. If you want to start small, impact large - this is the place for you. Some high level things you would own but not limited to : - You will design and develop high-quality scalable microservices in a cloud environment.- You will be required to quickly perform POCs to evaluate different tools, technologies or products.- You will proactively be learning and adopting the industry best practices of software development.- You will raise the bar on quality, testability and performance of the module. - You will be collaborating with other team members and stake-holders for the delivery.- You will be building abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a larger scope.- You will be doing high-level design with guidance; Functional modeling, break-down of a module.- You will be involved in performance tuning and improvements in large scale distributed systems. What you would possess already : - 0-3yrs of exposure in the art of writing code and solving problems on large scale.- Should be language agnostic, with extensive and expert programming experience in Java programming language (strong OO skills preferred). - A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. - Have a penchant for solving complex and interesting problems- B.E/BTech, MTech in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent). - Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert a design into code fluently - Good skills to write unit & integration tests with reasonable coverage of code & interfaces TDD is a plus - Experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex business flows and dealing with a huge amount of data. - Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming - Ability to switch between the technologies and learn new skills on the go."If shortlisted, you will be invited for initial rounds on 29th June in Bengaluru."
