About the role :Department : QA- 70% Manual Testing and 30% Automation Testing- Location - Central Delhi (Onsite)- Working days - 6 days a weekAbout Outscal:We are an Ed-tech company, helping passionate Game and Web3 Developers build their careers, by upskilling them through mentorship and placement support. If you love experimenting with your work, Outscal is the right place for you.Your Responsibilities :- Test new and existing features, debug code (units and integration), and report errors and failures.- Work collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases.- Design test architectures (test automation frameworks, code libraries, etc.) for the team to use across the platforms.Must Haves :- Strong exposure of working with Product-Based companies- 2+ Years of experience of performing manual and automation web and mobile testing- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing.- Strong understanding of Postman, Artillery, or other popular API testing tools. - Strong understanding of Cypress or any other front-end testing tools or libraries.- Strong understanding of Load Testing and Server Side Testing.- Ability to work independently and with a team and learn from colleagues.Good to have :- Experience working with companies in Ed-tech or Job Portal domains will be preferred. - Should have an understanding of Javascript, Jest, Node.js, Postman- Efficient time management is encouraged.- Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail.Compensation & Benefits :This role comes with the following :- Competitive salary- Flexible Leave Policy : We don't track leaves!- Possibility of full-time conversion based on performanceLocation : 91 Spring Board, Jhandewalan, New Delhi (ref:hirist.tech)
