Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects by coordinating efforts between the business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.Responsibilities :Project Planning and Execution :- Develop and maintain project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.- Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.Stakeholder Communication :- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team.- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to stakeholders.- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.Team Coordination :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals.- Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.- Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address any challenges.Quality Assurance :- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the specified requirements.- Conduct thorough testing and validation before project milestones are reached.Qualifications :- Master/Bachelor's degree.- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.- PMP certification is a plus.
