Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SWAG Admin to join our team and play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Software AG webMethods integration platform. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of webMethods to ensure its smooth operation and efficient integration capabilities.Responsibilities :- Manage the installation, configuration, and deployment of webMethods software within the organization.- Implement and maintain webMethods integrations for seamless data exchange between applications and systems.- Develop and configure webMethods workflows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.- Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization of the webMethods environment.- Troubleshoot and resolve webMethods related issues to maintain optimal system uptime and stability.- Perform user administration and access control for webMethods applications.- Implement security best practices for data protection and access control within webMethods.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for webMethods configurations and processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in webMethods features and functionalities.- Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to ensure successful integration and data flow.- Provide technical support to users on webMethods functionalities and troubleshooting common issues.Qualifications :Educational qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 5-10 years of experience in system administration with a strong focus on Software AG webMethods.- In-depth knowledge of webMethods architecture, components, and functionalities (Integration Server, Broker, Developer).- Proven experience in configuring and managing webMethods workflows and services.- Solid understanding of XML and experience with webMethods scripting languages (e., Flow, Java).- Experience with database connectivity and data manipulation within webMethods (a plus).- Experience in implementing security best practices and access control for webMethods applications (a plus).- Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques for webMethods (a plus).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the webMethods ecosystem (ref:hirist.tech)
