Looking for candidate with 4 to 7 years of Experience in Performance testing using JMeter, Good experience in BFSI domain, Temenos Transact/T24(Or any other Core banking application), Test automation(Preferred Selenium with Java)Roles and Responsibilities :- Assess the system's behavior under normal and peak load conditions to ensure its stability and performance reliability- Constantly examine system's ability to handle heavy workload by scaling it vertically and horizontally- Test how well the software performs in concurrent environment and identify potential problems- Identify performance bottlenecks, such as slow database queries, inefficient algorithms and resource-intensive operations- Report findings to other development personnel in a structured and consistent manner, and be able to suggest improvements for some of the identified problems- Use existing performance analysis tooling and suggest improvements in their usage or propose introduction of new tools.- Automate common performance testing routines.What you bring :- A bachelor's degree with 4 to 7 years of related experience- Understanding database management systems and experience in SQL, analyzing database performance and identification of improvement opportunities- Experience with performance testing tool such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, and similar- Experience in BFSI domain, Temenos Transact/T24(Or any other Core banking application)- Experience in Test automation preferably Selenium with Java- Knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell, .)- Experience or familiarity with New relic, Redgate Monitor, SQL Server profiler, and/or SQL Query Store would be considered as a plus- Experience in testing Microservices based applications, specially Rest API performance testing- Experience in preparing baseline for performance and relevent reports and communication with stake holder.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills (team player) (ref:hirist.tech)
