Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer. Location: Gurgaon, India. Budget :15-25 LPA Experience : 10+ Years. Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA automation, with extensive experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks for complex software systems. Key Responsibilities :- Test Automation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and frameworks.- Test Case Development: Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.- Tool Integration: Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines and various testing tools.- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of software releases through thorough testing and validation processes.- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.- Reporting: Generate and analyze test reports; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices and techniques.- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and project management teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in QA automation, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.- Experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
