About the Role :We are seeking a seasoned Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore-Whitefield. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will lead a team of talented developers and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to best practices.- Architecture & Design : Design and develop complex software architectures, ensuring scalability and performance.- Development : Hands-on coding and development of key modules using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.- Microservices : Architect and implement microservices-based solutions to ensure modularity and reusability.- Cloud Integration: Utilize AWS and Azure cloud services for application deployment, management, and scaling.- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time.- Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications.Required Skills :- Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java.- Frameworks : Strong experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.- Microservices : Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.- Development Practices : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.- Tools : Knowledge of development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude.Preferred Qualifications :- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Certifications : Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or Azure would be an advantage.- Experience : Prior experience in the ecommerce or software product industry is highly preferred.Why Join Us :- Innovative Environment : Work on cutting-edge technologies and be part of a forward-thinking team.- Career Growth : Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Competitive Compensation : Attractive salary package up to 30 LPA.- Location : Conveniently located in Bangalore-Whitefield, a hub for tech professionals.
