Description:

Job Responsibilities :- Support and deploy mission-critical, customer-facing, frontend and back-end production SaaS environments- Improve site performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the production environments- Performance tuning, monitoring, maintaining fault tolerant/HA infrastructure Disaster recovery, design implementation and maintenance- Interact with the Engineering for supporting/maintaining/designing non-production environments and continuous integration environments- Automation of deployment, customization, upgrades and monitoring for Cloud-based and self-hosted environments- Participate in long-term strategies and scalability efforts- Build documentation of operating procedures and train junior team memberSkills :Mandatory Skills : - DevOps- AWS, teraform, Python- Django, Flask- Strong background with Cloud Service Providers - AWS is mandatory while GCP and Azure experience is strongly preferred.- Strong background with Ubuntu, RHEL and Amazon Linux 2administration- Strong experience with automation and configuration management using Terraform tooling and Packer- Strong knowledge of container-based virtualization using Docker- Strong experience with DB administration (RDBMS and NoSQL) including strong experience with building highly available, fault-tolerant clusters- Experience configuring and administering Elastic Search and Elastic Cache clusters- Experience with serverless compute environments- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies- Knowledge with Agile development practices and building a continuous integration setup from the ground up using CodeStar in AWS- String experience with scripting using Shell (Bash preferred) and Python- Experience with configuring and managing monitoring tools- Experience with Git source control systems (ref:hirist.tech)
