Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Node.js developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Node.js development with a minimum of 4 years of experience and a specific focus on 5G Core network development. They will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical 5G core network functionalities using Node.js and related technologies.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement core network functions (CNFs) using Node.js for 5G mobile networks.- Design and implement efficient and scalable network services leveraging the Node.js event-driven architecture.- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for 5G core network components.- Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization best practices for efficient deployment and management of Node.js applications in a cloud-native environment.- (Optional) Experience with SEPP Node, tunnels, and security protocols for secure communication within the 5G core network is a plus.- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate Node.js based CNFs with other components of the 5G core network.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the Node.js applications.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Node.js, 5G core network technologies, and relevant open-source libraries/frameworks.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying applications using Node.js.- Proven experience in 5G Core network development, specifically with Node.js CNFs.- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and the Node.js event loop.- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployments.- Experience with API development and integration principles.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying current with the latest technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
