The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with programming languages such as Golang, React.js, or Flutter. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of our trading application, ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.Key Responsibilities :- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in Golang, React.js, or Flutter to drive the development of our trading application.- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define application architecture, design, and technical specifications.- Code Quality: Ensure the team adheres to best practices for coding standards, code reviews, testing, and documentation.- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of the application.- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.Requirements :- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience :- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.- Strong proficiency in Golang, React.js, or Flutter.- Experience with financial services or trading applications is a plus.Technical Skills :- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and API development.- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
