About the Role :We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications.Responsibilities :- Analyze test requirements and develop test automation strategies.- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks and tools (e., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.- Execute and analyze automated test results to identify and report defects.- Collaborate with developers and QA testers to ensure effective defect resolution.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies.Qualifications :- 1-2 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or a related role.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e., Agile, Waterfall).- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e., Python, Java, JavaScript).- Experience with popular test automation frameworks (a plus).- Experience with CI/CD tools (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
