Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Velocity Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Velocity, Order Management, and CPQ (SteelBrick). They will be responsible for designing, building, supporting, and optimizing new features and enhancements for our Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Billing functionalities.Responsibilities :Development and Implementation :- Develop and implement new features and enhancements for Salesforce CRM, CPQ (SteelBrick), and Salesforce Billing using Velocity.- Design, build, and support custom CPQ features and functionalities.- Develop and maintain complex APEX code, Lightning Components, and Web Components adhering to best practices and coding standards.Requirements Gathering and Analysis :- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business analysts, sales teams) to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Perform impact analysis to assess the feasibility and potential effects of new features and customizations.- Create detailed technical design documents based on functional requirements.Problem-Solving and Support :- Utilize troubleshooting methodologies and deep technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues within Salesforce applications.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Velocity, CPQ, and Billing functionalities.Knowledge Management and Growth :- Stay up-to-date with the latest Velocity, Salesforce, and CPQ releases.- Continuously learn and implement best industry practices and coding standards.Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience as a Velocity Developer or a related role.- Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.- In-depth knowledge of Velocity, Order Management, and CPQ (SteelBrick).- Strong expertise in APEX programming, Lightning Components, and Web Components.- Excellent understanding of Salesforce functionalities (CRM, Billing) and data models.- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce customizations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Continuous learner with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
