Description:
Job Description :- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced L2/L3 SAP S/4 Support Engineer to join our growing team.- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA systems, with a strong understanding of the SAP S/4 Finance (FICO) and Logistics (LO) modules (FPSL and GL).- They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities.Responsibilities :- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 HANA systems, focusing on FICO (FPSL and GL) modules.- Analyze and troubleshoot user-reported incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement effective resolutions.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying cause of technical issues.- Implement minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities to optimize system performance and stability.- Collaborate with L1 support to escalate and de-escalate incidents as needed.- Document incident resolution procedures and knowledge base articles for future reference.- Participate in system upgrades and implement minor changes to the SAP S/4 environment.- Work with development teams to identify and implement Change Requests (CRs) for system enhancements and performance optimization.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality through ongoing training and certification.Qualifications :- 2+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA systems.- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Finance (FICO) modules, particularly FPSL and GL.- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 system architecture and configuration.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving SAP S/4 incidents.- Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the source of technical problems.- Experience with implementing minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities.- Familiarity with SAP Change Request (CR) management processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
