Senior Software Engineer : JavaWork location : Koramangala, BangaloreResponsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop solutions that meet business objectives- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for Java development, ensuring code quality, scalability and maintainability- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process and improve overall efficiency- Oversee the deployment of Java applications to both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Java technology and healthcare industry standardsRole Specifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise senior Java development, 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise senior Java development with a strong understanding of Java EE technologies.- Experience working in healthcare or related industries is preferred.- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of developers.- Solid understanding of Spring framework, Tomcat, and other Java-based technologies.- Experience with both on-premises and cloud environments, preferably AWS or Azure.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
