Job Title : Lead Data Analyst, Business Intelligence & VisualizationWhat You'll Do :As the Lead Data Analyst, you will not only spearhead our BI initiatives but also be hands-on in developing cutting-edge visualizations and crafting intricate data integrations. This role demands a blend of leadership and technical prowess, ensuring that our data science endeavors align perfectly with business objectives. You'll work closely with our Sales team, applying your analytical skills to dissect sales data, optimize CRM integrations, and ultimately, fuel our sales growth.In this role, your primary responsibilities will include :- Lead and actively participate in the creation of advanced BI solutions, including hands-on development of interactive reports and dynamic dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Redash.- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide actionable insights through detailed sales data analysis and effective CRM integrations, directly contributing to sales strategy optimization.- Design and implement data models and algorithms with SQL, BigQuery, Python, and other analytical tools, taking a hands-on approach to complex data analysis and visualization tasks.- Develop and oversee integrations between sales data and CRM platforms, enhancing the analytical capabilities of our Sales team.- Utilize Google Connected Sheets for advanced big data integrations, promoting data collaboration and accessibility.- Ensure the highest standards of data governance and integrity, maintaining data quality and compliance across all BI activities.- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in BI, data analytics, and CRM integrations, continuously driving innovation within our data strategies.What You'll Bring :- A minimum of 7 years of experience in data science or business intelligence, with a significant portion dedicated to hands-on development of visualizations and data integrations.- Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash), SQL, BigQuery, Python, and CRM systems, with a strong track record of developing and implementing analytics solutions.- Demonstrated capability to work closely with Sales teams, leveraging data to drive sales strategy and performance.- Strong leadership and technical skills, capable of leading projects while also diving deep into data analysis and visualization work.- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, adept at managing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into strategic business recommendations.- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
