Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Application Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience developing and maintaining complex web applications within the TNS environment. They will possess a strong foundation in Java programming, web technologies, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a passion for building innovative and user-friendly web applications, with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement web-based user interfaces (UI) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JS), JSPs, and related frameworks.- Leverage strong Java 8+ proficiency to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Troubleshoot and analyze web UI issues using browser developer tools and external debugging tools.- Utilize a minimum of one web UI framework/library (e.ReactJS, jQuery, D3.js) to enhance UI interactivity and user experience.- Develop and maintain robust OLTP-style applications with a strong understanding of core concepts.- Implement web services using RESTful architecture principles.- Integrate applications with event/message-based communication platforms like Kafka or ActiveMQ.- Work independently and collaboratively within an Agile Scrum development team.- Research and recommend technical solutions with sound reasoning and justification.- (Optional) Manage and maintain relational databases (e. , Oracle, MySQL).- (Optional) Experience with Hadoop technologies (e., HDFS, Spark) is a plus.- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of cloud-based development, particularly AWS deployments.- Possess a basic understanding of HDFS-based systems and NoSQL databases (e., HBase, Druid, Solr).Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B., B. Tech, BS) or equivalent in a related field.- 10-12 years of experience developing and maintaining web applications.- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and core web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Spring [MVC, Security, AOP], Hibernate).- Experience building RESTful web services.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum preferred).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends.Desired Skills :- Continued interest in UI development trends, design strategies, and technologies.- Hands-on experience with a widely used visual design tool (a plus).- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize code for performance (ref:hirist.tech)
