Description:
Looking for a energetic, highly motivated team player to join the Services team responsible for designing, configuring, deploying and supporting Labware solutions.Services Responsibilities And Expectations :- Interface with customers to gather User Requirements.- Participate in Gap Fit.- Design, configuration, unit test, and deployment of Labware Products.- Design and implement interfaces with external applications.- Implement instrument integration with the Labware product.- Develop and maintain superior Labware product knowledge.- Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.- Provide consistent OOB designs for clients and avoid excessive use of LIMS Basic.- Be able to create and design blueprints for the conceptual system before any development or configuration begins.- Be able to conduct code reviews of others against the Labware configuration guidelines.Technical Skills :- 5+ years' experience designing, configuring, and deploying laboratory software solutions.- Database knowledge (Oracle / SQL).- Citrix knowledge.- Expert in LIMS Basic.- Expert in Crystal Reports.- Working knowledge of current web technologies. Additional Requirements And Soft Skills :- Bachelor's degree or higher.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills.- Possess a familiarity with laboratory workflows.- Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).- Positive attitude, ability to motivate customers and establish credibility.- Be able to organize meetings, keep meetings in order, and define agendas for meeting with clear goals, actions and deliverables.Skills : laboratory information management system (lims),citrix,crystal reports.Experience : 5-7yr (ref:hirist.tech)
