The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, creating plugins, building dashboards, and integrating various tools. If you are passionate about JIRA development and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities :JIRA Automation & Development : - Develop and maintain automation workflows, extend JIRA capabilities through plugins, and build comprehensive dashboards.Customization & Configuration : - Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, create custom preset filters, test outcomes, and identify defects.Tool Integration : - Manage maintenance, administration, upgrades, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, and their integrations with other tools.Documentation : - Prepare thorough documentation in accordance with the project lifecycle.Collaboration : - Coordinate and work efficiently with large teams, contributing as an individual contributor.Communication : - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must-Have Skills :- Extensive experience in JIRA Development.- Proven ability to handle products and develop dashboards/workflows.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong background in Atlassian JIRA.- Experience in developing and maintaining automation workflows.- Must be an individual contributor with a proactive approach.- Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience in team handling.Qualifications :- Any Graduation degree.- Minimum relevant experience of 5-6 years in the current role.- Candidates with an administrative background will not be considered.- Join us and be a part of a team where your contributions make a significant impact.
