Description:

Job Description :- Gather and organize large sets of data from various sources.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation.- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.- Use statistical techniques and software to interpret data and generate insights.- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.- Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support various business functions.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and IT to understand data needs and deliver insights.- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and business initiatives.- Utilize data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau or Power BI.- Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools to continuously improve our data practices.Requirements :- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.- Proven experience working with large data sets and performing complex data analysis.- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.- Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset.- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar (ref:hirist.tech)
