Candidates with US Healthcare experience will have an added advantage.Key Responsibilities :- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.- Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.- Analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements.- Oversee project backlogs and drive the delivery of key product features.- Review and interpret technical documentation.- Engage effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Requirements :- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.- Preferred: Experience in the US Healthcare sector.- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 1 month preferred.
