UI/UX LeadJob Description :We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and a strong background in UI/UX design, with at least 8 years of experience in the field. As a UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and developers to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.Responsibilities :- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion for web and mobile applications.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user needs.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet design standards.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.- Experience leading a team of designers and developers.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
