Description:
Job Description :We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a background in logistics and supply chain to lead the quality assurance efforts for our Transportation platform. The ideal candidate will also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring seamless collaboration between QA and development teams within an Agile environment.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the QA team, including test engineers and analysts, to ensure efficient testing processes and high-quality deliverables.- Define QA standards, methodologies, and best practices for logistics and supply chain software solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and test cases that align with project requirements.- Define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria for each project.- Oversee the execution of test cases, perform test data preparation, and manage defect tracking and resolution.- Ensure test coverage across different phases of the software development lifecycle.- Apply domain knowledge in logistics and supply chain to ensure that QA efforts address industry-specific challenges and requirements.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define test scenarios related to real-world scenarios.- Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.- Foster collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the Agile framework.- Identify opportunities for test automation and assign work to automation engineers to develop automated test scripts.- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.- Provide regular status reports on QA progress, test results, and defect trends to stakeholders.- Define and track relevant QA metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts.- Identify potential risks related to QA and testing, and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Work with project teams to prioritize risks and take proactive measures to address them.
