Job Title : T24 Test ManagerExperience : 7+ YrsDesired Skillset :- Extensive experience with the Transact Loan Management System.- Proficiency in managing secured and unsecured lending processes - In-depth knowledge of retail banking and/or commercial banking operations.- Proven track record of working on multiple Temenos T24 implementation projects for retail banking.- Strong understanding of NFR testing, including performance management and security testing.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to develop and implement testing strategies and plans.- Experience in creating and overseeing detailed test cases and scenarios.- Ability to lead and execute test cases effectively.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for the Transact Loan Management System.- Manage and oversee the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios.- Lead the execution of planned test cases to ensure the highest quality of the core banking system implementations.- Manage NFR testing, including performance management and security testing.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing processes align with project goals and timelines.- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working with development teams to resolve them promptly.
