Job Description :Experience : 6+ yrs Joining : 0-20 daysJob Summary :We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing compensation modules. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation module, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategies.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Configuration :- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.- Configure complex compensation plans, salary structures, guidelines, and budget calculations.- Ensure the module is customized to meet the specific needs of the business while adhering to industry best practices.Support and Maintenance :- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Strategic Planning and Process Improvement :- Develop and implement strategies for compensation management that align with organizational goals.- Identify and drive process improvements and optimization within the compensation module.- Analyze compensation processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Training and Documentation :- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to HR teams and end-users.- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.- Provide ongoing user support and guidance on system functionality and best practices.Stakeholder Collaboration :- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing operation of the compensation module.- Act as the primary point of contact for business users, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.- Liaise with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.Qualifications :Education and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.- Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations of the compensation module.Technical Skills :- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and customization.- Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals) is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of HRIS integrations and data flow between systems.Soft Skills :- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong leadership and project management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation.- Experience with global compensation processes and practices.- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Experience in a leadership or managerial role within an HRIS or IT team.Benefits :- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
