Job Title : Senior Technical Manager. Experience : 15+ years. Location : Bangalore, Work from office. Job Description : About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Manager with hands-on experience in data-related technologies and a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 Years of Experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Cloudera/Hadoop, Big Query, HBase, MongoDB, MySQL/SQL, and data flow pipelines. This role requires an in-depth understanding of retail business processes, accounting, and finance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree.- 15-18 Years of Overall experience with Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data-related technologies such as Cloudera/Hadoop, Big Query, HBase, MongoDB, MySQL/SQL, and data flow pipelines.- Proven program management skills with the ability to track and map business and technical KPIs.- Strong understanding of retail business processes and accounting/finance concepts.- Experience in real-time message processing and data governance / management.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior client stakeholders.- Experience working with senior directors and executive management.- Prior experience in handling large-scale data systems.- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities : Technical Expertise :- Utilize hands-on experience in Cloudera/Hadoop, Big Query, HBase, MongoDB, MySQL/SQL, and data flow pipelines.- Apply knowledge of real-time message processing and reporting.- Manage and govern petabytes of data efficiently. Program Management :- Track business KPIs and map them to technical KPIs for daily monitoring.- Work closely with customer engineering and product teams to manage day-to-day activities.- Raise and track product changes to ensure smooth operations. Non-Technical / Business related :- Have a comprehensive understanding of the retail business.- Possess knowledge of accounting and finance concepts, including AP/AR, GMV, revenue, tax, TCS, and TDS.- Lead and guide the technical team to achieve daily objectives.- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide technical direction.- Engage effectively with senior directors and clients.- Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
